About

The Centre for Myeloid Blood Cancer (C-MYC)  is funded by Stiftelsen Kristian Gerhard Jebsen.

The Centre will develop single-cell functional diagnostics that guide therapy that converts the therapy non-responder patient into a responder, by

  • Developing an integrated framework of techniques at single-cell level to capture the dynamics of immune and signalling profiles at diagnosis and longitudinally during therapy, allowing identification of therapy response/non-response parameters.
  • Using transgenic mouse models in genetic cell fate tracing together with timed and cell-specific gene expression to find optimal therapy response parameters.

The Centre will gather basic, translational, and clinical researchers to develop novel concepts for future clinical trials that test single cell functional diagnostics in guidance of adaptive therapy.
