Regulatory T cells (Tregs) play <\/i><i>critical roles in the pathophysiology of these disorders. Recent findings highlight the <\/i><i>influence of T-cell-mediated responses and genetic predispositions, shedding light on <\/i><i>the underlying mechanisms driving disease progression.<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><i>Emerging therapeutic approaches, including ex vivo expansion of Tregs and targeted <\/i><i>immune-modulating therapies, offer promising strategies to address these challenges. <\/i><i>Advances in immune-monitoring technologies and stratified treatment approaches <\/i><i>have further improved our understanding of BMF subtypes and their clinical <\/i><i>management. <\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><i>The importance of collaborative efforts and innovative approaches to refine treatment <\/i><i>paradigms, ultimately aiming to improve patient outcomes through less toxic and more <\/i><i>precise interventions, will be discussed.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: 14pt\">There will be a following workshop <i>organized by UiB\/FLART2, from 16:15 in Birkhaugsalen, <\/i><i>room no.4519, 3<\/i><span class=\"s1\"><i>rd <\/i><\/span><i>floor, Sentralblokken<\/i><\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dr. Shahram Kordasti from King\u00b4s College London is giving a seminar Immune Confusion in Bone Marrow Failure: A Case of Complicated Identity?
